Strategies Are Your Superpowers: Executive Function Strategies for Middle and High School Students

book cover

A college student has a myriad of roles and responsibilities that require strategies and skills to accomplish. There are academics to learn, professors to connect with, friends to make, social calendars to keep, arts and athletics to pursue, health to maintain, and careers to pursue. The more we can empower young people to have the experience which involves using strategies to accomplish tasks of all kinds, the more we will see them thrive and learn well. This book aims to provide a base of strategy for the common responsibilities that college students have; however, I leave room for students and learning specialists to create and respond to an ever-evolving higher educational landscape.
