We are committed to the idea that an earned reward is twice as gratifying as one that is foregone. That hard work exerted in the overcoming of obstacles will equip a student for higher education and a richer life. That information is acquired from the world but integrity is built from within. That wonder and imagination should stand alongside rigor and achievement as pillars of a child’s upbringing. And that the education of a single student is a group project requiring a circle of devoted adults.

As an advocate and special educator, Becky is also a Collaborative and Proactive Solutions service provider and trainer. Becky has extensive experience guiding families from Nursery through College through both general and special education admissions. Throughout her career, she has worked with students with gifted learning profiles, language-based learning disabilities, and attention deficits. Trained in Writer's Revolution at the highest level, Becky produces Evolved Education's most-watched video and collaborates with schools to provide professional development for learning and social-emotional support programs grounded in research.

Her dedication to early childhood education has honed her expertise in fostering young learners' growth. Caitlin has played a crucial role in the admissions process, assessing Kindergarten applicants, meeting with families, and observing students, giving her an in-depth understanding of the diverse nursery and elementary school programs in New York City.

At Evolved, Sophie Roberts leverages her extensive knowledge of the New York school landscape and her background as a writer, strategist, and marketer to create bespoke admissions plans for clients. With over 15 years of experience in creative content, Sophie is a native New Yorker and a mother of twin girls in independent schools. She brings deep understanding and empathy to her work.
Before joining Evolved, Sophie worked as a consultant, developing strategic and creative content for organizations like Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Public Library. She also spent ten years as the lead copywriter at NYC & Company, where she played a key role in award-winning rebrands and partnerships with major brands such as American Airlines, American Express, JetBlue, and the NAACP.

Amy brings over a decade of experience teaching upper elementary, middle, and high school students. With a background in teaching reading and writing to students with language-based learning disabilities and curriculum development, Amy uses evidence-based approaches and multi-sensory instruction in her teaching. She oversees student services, appreciating each client's needs and matching them with the best-fit tutor.

Liza is a tenured professor with over a decade of teaching experience. She has four Ivy League degrees, including a Ph.D. from Princeton. She is passionate about helping every child find a school where they will thrive. Dr. Steele’s specialties include bilingual and multilingual education, public and private options for gifted children, and the International Baccalaureate program.

Taulant specializes in reading and writing remediation, math instruction, and test preparation. In the area of writing, his lesson plans are fundamentally constructed using SRSD (self-regulated strategy development) principles. Taulant has taught the verbal and math sections for the ISEE (lower/middle/upper), SSAT, SHSAT, CTP-5, NYS Public School Exams, and SAT.

Elian has a unique ability to connect with students and assess not only their academic strengths and challenges, but also their social and emotional needs. Elian is trained in Orton-Gillingham, Writing Revolution (The Hochman Method), and Singapore Math. She has designed multi-sensory, differentiated curriculum across grade levels, worked with students to develop their executive function skills, and tutored privately for the ISEE.

Meredith Bluestine helps parents and families create tailored plans and assemble expert teams to support their children's educational and emotional needs. With a past career as a nutritionist specializing in eating disorders, she excels in guiding parents through complex academic and socio-emotional challenges. Meredith, who holds a Master of Science (MS), is passionate about ensuring every child is understood and supported, and she has even lobbied Congress with NATSAP about childhood mental health issues. Meredith's holistic approach and deep understanding of family dynamics ensure that each child receives the personalized support they need to thrive.
