Mary built Evolved out of a simple observation: parents were drowning in advice and starved for partnership. After decades inside admissions offices, classrooms, and placement decisions, she founded a practice designed around the question families were actually asking — not the one consultants wanted to answer.

Spencer coaches students on executive functioning skills — planning, organization, focus — and prepares them for standardized tests. He blends accountability with empathy, meeting students where they are.

Julia works one-on-one with students as a learning specialist and supports families as an education consultant, focusing on strategies that build skill and confidence over time.
