Holistic Mentorship
For When Your Student Wants to Move Forward—They Just Don’t Know How.
We help college-aged students rebuild motivation, overcome mood barriers, follow through, and move forward—with consistent support from a mentor they trust.
A New Type of Mentorship
Big life transitions, such as entering college, introduce a complex mix of academic, emotional, and personal challenges. For many students, those challenges feel overwhelming especially when paired with motivation, follow through, executive function, and mood obstacles.Â
This is when it becomes clear that knowing what to do simply isn’t enough to get to your goals. Being able to successfully take action is what makes the difference and that’s where Holistic Mentorship stands apart.
Our Holistic Mentorship service provides comprehensive, one-on-one coaching and accountability designed to help students bridge the gap between knowledge and having the skills to take action week after week to reach their goals. Our unique three prong approach allows your trusted mentor to provide:
High-Touch, Real-Time Support
Â
Weekly 1:1 virtual mentorship calls plus unlimited check-ins via text or voice note. Randi is consistently present—when your client needs it most.
Behavioral Activation + EF Coaching
Â
We apply habit science, executive function frameworks, and motivational psychology to help clients overcome resistance and make steady progress.
Integrated Communication
Â
You stay in the loop. We maintain open communication with clinicians, educators, and families to ensure accountability and aligned goals across the board.
Help Your Student Achieve Their Goals (Whatever They May Be)
Holistic Mentorship is designed for college-aged students (typically 17–22) who are emotionally stuck, struggling with motivation, or having a hard time following through. Through personalized coaching and consistent support, we help them:
Re-engage with school, social life, or wellness routines
Follow through on academic, personal, and life goals
Feel less overwhelmed and more equipped to manage stress
Develop habits around planning, task initiation, and time management
Build confidence, take ownership, and make informed choices
Make visible progress in areas where they’ve felt stuck or behind
Our mentorship blends respect, accountability, and meaningful challenge to give students the motivation they need and the structure they crave—helping them build confidence, make smart choices, and take charge of their future.
Tailored Support That Meets Your Student Where They Are
When your child feels like nothing is working—or no one is getting through—they need a different kind of support.
